If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to me within 30 days for a refund of the price you paid for the items you return.
RETURNS
For a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition. It is acceptable to return a calendar with shrink-wrap removed, as long as the calendar has not been written in or damaged after receipt. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping charges. Please note that I can only process a refund after the item has been received with the packing slip and a completed "Reason for Return" form.
Instructions for Returning Items
1) If your order has been damaged or contains the wrong items, please call 954-817-4893 or email elaine@artistshavengallery.com with your name, order number and request for refund or exchange.
2) If you are returning an order for other reasons, please complete the "Reason for Return" page attached to your packing slip, and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning.
