PERRI HART

Perri Hart, born October 10, 1957 to Johnny and Bobby Hart in upstate, (Binghamton) New York. I grew up and lived my entire life in Endicott, NY,...where in 1975 I graduated from the same High School as my father did 26 years before me. In those early years I knew I wanted to attend Art School one day, specifically in photography. I was a good student but I often cut my regular academic classes in favor of going into the photography labs. Eventually the Principal gave up trying to get me to attend my regular classes, although I did go to them long enough to graduate high school.

After graduation I was accepted to: The School of the Museum of Fine Art, in Boston, MA. with a major in Photography, Film, and Video.

In 1985, missing my home town and family I returned to upstate NY to live and began working with my father, Johnny Hart, in his cartooning business.I spent the past 23 years learning and working with my Dad on his comic strips, B.C. and The Wizard of Id.
