Ana Maria Hoyos was born in Colombia. She started her art education at Nohra Lennon School of Arts in Cartagena, Colombia studying basic drawing and art skills and completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts at Bellas Artes School of Fine Arts in Cartagena, Colombia. Through various training and education and many years of experience, she has developed her own techniques. Her artistic creations involve figurative and colorful images which tell differing visions to both the artist and the viewer.
